  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I Reside personally in the Parsonage=House. There is no Lecturer in the Parish.

  2. Other benefices: I have but one Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is Performed on every Sunday twice unless Prevented by sickness or desired to assi[s]t a neighbouring Brother, with a Sermon both Parts of the Day, and likewise Prayers on Saints=day.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administred Four Times in the year viz: on Christmas=Day, Easter=Day, Whitsunday, and the Sunday following the Feast of St. Michael: upwards of Fifty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: The Children are Catechizd some Part of the Summer=Season viz: in the months of June & July.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel are in good Repair, and the Churchyard well kept, and all are decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: Here is no Terrier of the Glebe=Lands, Houses &c. but I will endeavour to have one made and delivered in at the Visitation properly signed.

  9. Number of families: The Families in the Parish about sixty Three.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel in the Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no Reputed Papists in the Parish. Nor any Meeting=Houses for Dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no School endowd, - but a Private School is kept by an Inhabitant where Children are taught to Read, write, learn the Church=Catechism. No Alms=House, Hospital, or other Charitable Endowment. No Parochial Library.

  13. Charity: No Lands or Tenements, or other Benefactions for any Pious or Charitable use.
